TBeef Bull Membership Terms

• TBeef will provide breeding bull(s) to the member on.
• TBeef will replace all TBeef bull(s) acquired through the membership program for injuries, failed BSE’s, poor docility, poor health, or any other reasonable issues.
• The member will pay $1,000 /bull/year for up to four years. After four payments on a particular bull the ownership of the respective bull the payments were made on will be transferred to the member.
• The member and/or TBeef are able to terminate the agreement at any time. In the event of a membership termination the member would be responsible for arranging for or paying for the return of TBeef bull(s) in the program.
• TBeef maintains the ownership of all TBeef bulls that are a part of the membership program. Therefore, TBeef bulls should not be rebranded until ownership of the bull is transferred after four payments.
• The member is responsible to pay all shipping costs for original bulls and replacement bulls. TBeef can arrange and/or execute the shipping but in order to keep membership fees low and fair the member must pay for these shipping costs.
